1. What does shipping cost?
The merchant will be responsible to have their product delivered to one of our shipping hubs. These hubs are located on both coasts and throughout American and Canada. Once at the hubs, the merchant will be paying on a co-op share airfreight to ship their products to the fulfillment center in Hong Kong , est cost $1.50 per KG weight to ship the product to China. This will include airfreight and importing custom charges.
2. Can I track how my products are doing?
In the begining you will receive sales reports on your products monthly. In the future you will have access to retail data on your products.
3. What is the process?
You will send product description and photos to our IT dept, and they will upload the products to the website for you.
4. How do I get paid?
Your finds will be wired to you on a set schedule that you will be able to set up. i.e. once a month
5. Is there a lengthy contract?
You are not restricted to any time and you are free to cancel at anytime.
6. How much product should I send over the first time?
Most of our merchants send over a quantity of 10-20 of each product, to gauge the feed back of the market until you have a better idea of how your products are doing. After wards you can plan your shipments of the inventory accordingly.
